Happy New Year
The next farmers' market is in the Market Place on 16th January. Abingdon Farmers' Market will be every third Friday in the month during 2009 in addition to the Monday traditional market.
Mayor's Ball
This dinner dance will be on Friday 20th February. Mayor Patrick Lonergan will host the evening, open to anyone with an interest in the town. Tickets will be available shortly.

This is a new website for the town of Abingdon and its Council. It is in the process of development with more information and links being added and constructive feedback is welcomed. Events will be added to the council sections and to the town Diary over the coming weeks.
